Lily Bulb Description
Not a pure white like 'Eyeliner', 'Litouwen' has just a touch of cream in its makeup. Magnificent lily for setting off your June garden. White makes everything else look more colorful and the oranges, reds, and yellows make 'Litouwen' seem to glow. Typically has no spots but we have seen a very light smattering during times of cold weather here in our gardens. Just a hint of green in the flower centers to really sent them off. Unusual in that this lily has nearly black stems, added even more to its unique beauty. 3 Feet. Late June / early July. Light Scent.
Bulb Size - Our standard for bulbs of this Easter x Asiatic Hybrid Lily Bulb (Fragrant) cultivar ranges from Premium-size (16/18 cm) to Exhibition-size (over 20 cm).
Classification: Longiforum-Asiatic Hybrid (USDA Zones 5-10, lows to -20 F. Winter mulch recommended in the colder climates)
