Lily Bulb Description
Flower Description: The flowers of ‘Nathalie’ are a huge improvement in the soft to medium pink color tones and has shown to be quite color fast in all but the hottest climates. As with all pastel to medium pink Orientals, we recommend light afternoon shade if your summer temperatures are consistently above 90F. This new “Roselily’ series introduction is a bit darker than ‘Double Beauty’ aka Belonica, with a little more white on the petal tips and a few more spots. Though close in appearance, both are magnificent lilies and for us, it has been impossible to pick one over the other.
These bulbs are in very short supply and are coming directly from the breeder/grower for 2012 spring delivery as our crop is not up to numbers yet. Classified as “large flowering size”, these range from 14/16 cms and all have flowered in the past growing season. This July bloomer carries the familiar Oriental lily fragrance and grows from 3 to 4 feet when settled in.
