'Ortega' - Orienpet Hybrid Lily Bulb
Classification: Orienpet Hybrid Lily Bulb (USDA Zones 5-9, the colder climates of this range must provide winter mulching.)

Try 'Ortega' if you are worried about drought or late spring frosts. It will reward you with big, open, pendant flowers on grand, 4 to 5 foot plants. Peak inside the ivory and butter blooms, guided by fine cinnamon lines, to spot the green nectary in the throat. Pleasantly fragrant. (Breeders information: This polyploid lily has shown fertility with Tetraploid Trumpet/Oriental pollen.) 4 to 5 Feet and up to 8. July/August. Bred by Johan Mak of Scio, Oregon.
