(Stock #TR-04) Here are three old favorites in one handy package. All may need staking after the second year if grown in part shade; all are highly fragrant and easy to grow. 6 Feet. July. 'Pink Perfection Strain' - Trumpet Lily Bulb
'Pink Perfection Strain' - Trumpet Lily Bulb
Classification: Trumpet/Aurelian Hybrid Lily (USDA Zones 5-10, colder climates w/winter mulch)

(Stock #L-6009) This improved strain includes light to deep pink funnel-shaped flowers up to 10 or 12 inches long. Very hardy and disease-resistant, 'Pink Perfection' bulbs can be happy for years without division if provided regular care and weeding. These are grown from seed produced from the old, original DeGraff stock; color will vary from light to dark. The size of flowers and the height of the stem may also be different from bulb to bulb. Always short the first year planted, but stake in later years. Average 5 to 6 feet at maturity, but we've seen old specimen plants that were eight feet tall. Fragrant. July

This is the true 'Pink Perfection' strain developed by Jan de Graaff, not the "pseudo-strain" being offered by others.

Classification: Trumpet/Aurelian Hybrid Lily (USDA Zones 5-10, the colder climates of this range require winter mulching)

Deep gold trumpets wrapped in maroon-striped reverses distinguish this classic, towering lily. Plant a cluster of the carefully selected, seed-grown bulbs and you will be rewarded for years with a mature stand of splendid 5 to 8-foot plants, each covered with loads of enormous, fragrant blooms. Average 6 feet, stake if not in full sun or when plants are overloaded with flowers. July.

This is a selected CLONE, which means all the flowers from each bulb will be identical to one another. This beauty is the crowing glory of the Copper King trumpet lilies created by Don Egger before his passing. Great fragrance, melon-orange blooms, with deep maroon reverses; plant in light afternoon shade to prolong the color intensity. Stake when plants are mature and overloaded with heavy flowers; all will bloom this summer, but full stature will not be achieved until the second year. 4 to 6 feet. July. Limited Supply. This clonal selection is the finest 'Copper King' we have taken out of the strain in nearly 30 years. This is a real "bell ringer".

Please Note: There will be on 10 to 12 bulbs available for fall 2010 delivery coming out of our overgrown home garden. To give as many customers as we can a chance at this lily, please, only one bulb per order.
