'Acapulco' (Oriental Lily)
Lily Bulb Description
Classification: Oriental Hybrid Lily (USDA Zones 5-9, colder climates w/winter mulch.)
(Stock #L-7390) One of the brightest pinks we carry, 'Acapulco' was originally chosen for the cut flower market, but just happens to be a terrific garden plant too. In the commercial greenhouse, its color is medium pink, but garden grown plants are more intensely colored. Mature bulbs, by their breeding nature, tend to flower smaller than other varieties, but produce 3-5 blooms the first year, and many more when established. Very fragrant. 3 to 4 Feet. July. These are bulbs that have had a bruised scale or scales removed or graded out as slightly undersize. All flowered this past season. 6 bulbs to a package.
